Songwriting Skill Top Notch!  You ride out on his music! "Boulevard" takes you on a ride to a dark place in the city. Whoa And Wow! The album was "Hold Out" and it was a Massive Blast!  Released in 1980.  WE had it in 8-Track! Super Favorite!
